To place an order, locate the item using our search engine or our directory structure. When you are on the product page, add the product to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button.

If a shopping cart window does not appear, turn off any pop-up blocking software you may have installed. While we DO NOT write code that should be disabled by pop up blocking software, some pop up blockers are too protective and will not allow "Requested" windows to pop up. We do not advertise with pop-ups on this site and will never advertise with pop-ups on this site.

When you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button.

If you are a returning customer, enter in you Account Name and Password. If you a new customer, click on the "Create new Account" link.

Fill in the information on the above screen to create an account. The information is stored in your profile for shipping when an order is created. When the data is complete, click on the "Create Account" button. This will create your account and take you back to the login page.

Once you have logged in, you are asked for your shipping information. This screen is filled in with your account information for simplicity sakes

Once Shipping information is collected, you will be asked to enter in your credit card or payment information. If you need to correct you shipping information, you can do so by clicking on the "Edit" button in the shipping section. If you have been presented with a Gift Certificate, enter your code here and it will update your order. Once your credit card information is complete, click on the continue button.

Finally, you will have the opportunity to review your order before placing it. Once you click on the Place Order button, your order will be placed. We will process your credit card within a couple of days and the product will arive at the shipping address usually within 2 weeks. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and cancel the order.

When the item is shipped, we will update your order to include the tracking number. This can be found by clicking on Order Status and logging in using your Account Name as Password Created Above.
