Shipping:

We use our quick ship processes on all of your RV supply and parts orders. We ship from several distribution points around the country on the majority of our products, so we usually have a very fast delivery time. If by chance the item ordered is not in stock, we will send you an e mail to advise you. We ship Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.

What Happens after Your Order is placed?

RV Supply Depot Online Order Confirmation E-mail: This e-mail will be sent to you within one hour of your online order. It will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the checkout process. The Order Confirmation E-mail will include the charged to your credit card along with a order number that can be referenced when inquiring about order status.

RV Supply Depot Online Shipment Confirmation E-Mail: This e-mail will be sent to you 48 business hours after shipment of your order. The Online Shipment Confirmation E-mail will include your UPS tracking number if it was shipped via UPS or Truck Freight, if it was shipped via a Truck Carrier.
