By registering prior to making a purchase on our site, you are able to transmit your credit card number/expiration date (optional) and other pertinent information for us to securely store in encrypted form. This way, when you make a future purchase you will not need to send that same sensitive information again over the Internet. Return Policy:

We believe in delighting our customers with the highest levels of service and satisfaction. Unused items in the original packing can be returned for a refund or exchange within 20 days from the date of purchase with pre-approval from us. Please include a copy of the original order document. Orders refused at the time of delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded, we will refund shipping charges if the return is for a reason that was the fault of RV Supply Depot, for example (wrong product shipped, wrong color, damaged).

Return Notes: All returns must be pre-approved by RV Supply Depot. Please e-mail us your request. Include order number, date ordered, item(s), reason for return, name, address and telephone number. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 3 business days. DO NOT ship any products until you receive an e-mail with a return authorization and instructions. Any products returned to us without return authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and an unauthorized return fee of $10.00. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all parts, materials and manuals. If you received your item double boxed, it must be returned in this way.
